New Disc Golf Course Opens In Highlands Ranch

A new way to have outdoor fun has opened in Highlands Ranch. The 18-hole West Fork Disc Golf Course features a mix of open features a mix of open shots and more technical areas. It offers varied play for both recreational players and those with more experience. Need Computer Access? Denver Public Library Has Started Laptop ‘Checkout’

It took a while, but the Denver Public Library has found a way to help those who desperately need a computer and internet access. Western Sky Bar & Taproom

One of Colorado’s newest tap houses, Western Sky Bar & Taproom is more than another place to grab a beer. While it does feature more than 40 Colorado beers and ciders on tap, make sure to take time to explore their homemade sodas and inviting space, too.

Owners Harrison Garcia & Whitney Bradford met while in music school at CU Denver. Harrison is a guitar and bass player who has played in many local bands and has produced both live and video shows and podcasts, and Whitney is a vocalist who currently sings in Denver Choir League.

Harrison is also a Denver comic and show producer who has produced shows at Jagged Mountain, Dry Dock Brewing, and 14er Brewing among others. He had been producing a monthly comedy show at Barnhouse Tap, which featured all local Colorado comics.

With a community focus, you’re invited to make yourself at home at Western Sky. They’re family and dog friendly, and host a variety of events perfect for those who want to laugh, enjoy live local music, and more.
