View ‘Snoopy & Belle In Fashion’ Exhibit

POSTED BY

This may be the one reason we will fork over a few bucks to pay for parking at Cherry Creek Shopping Center. More than 30 of the world’s most acclaimed fashion designers have created one-of-a-kind designs for the world’s most famous beagle and his sister —  Snoopy & Belle in Fashion. The FREE traveling exhibit is stops in Denver from March 17 to April 11 on a tour culminating at New York Fashion Week in September. Visitors are sure to fall in love with this rare collection of mini-couture outfits featured on 10″ vinyl Snoopy and Belle dolls.

The exhibit features the unveiling of all new custom creations by two brands that capture the unique style of Colorado: Levi’s and Stetson. Stetson has created a casual cowboy look for Snoopy, complete with a cattleman-crease cowboy hat. Both Snoopy and Belle wear signature Levi’s jeans and t-shirts, with Belle’s shirt emblazoned with the word “Equality.”

Among the other designers featured: Anna Sui, Betsey Johnson, Christian Siriano, Diane von Furstenberg, DKNY by Donna Karan, Isaac Mizrahi, Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein, Emanuael Ungaro, Rachel Zoe, Swarovski and Zac Posen.

A new Snoopy and Belle in Fashion app will guide visitors through the exhibit and provide insider information about the history of the brand and the designers. The exhibit is a complete re-imagining of the “Snoopy in Fashion” project from 1984. You’ll be able to view the exhibit during mall hours.
