Downhill Brewing was started by skier Jake Minturn and snowboarder Doug Hyndman who met when they crashed while adventuring on the Colorado slopes. After making amends, they realized they both had a deep love for beer and decided to go into the brewery business together. Dirty Dogs Roadhouse in Golden is a place where everyone can sit down, have a drink or many drinks, grab something to munch on, and socialize! The atmosphere is open and inviting. The food is tasty and plentiful and the drinks are reasonably priced.
