Here’s an except from an email from Myles Meehan, SVP of HomeServe Public Relations, “Our agent that the service provider spoke with was brand new on the job with our Appliance Team and had just started taking calls on her own after a period of training and instructional supervision. When the service provider said, “motor” the agent was unable to find motor included in our Terms & Conditions and therefore denied the repair.
