What is the true cost of unbridled lust? To what lengths with a Casanova’s amorous conquests go? The Boulder Opera presents a full production of Mozart’s Don Giovanni on April 15, 16 & 22. Inspired by the legend of Don Juan, Don Giovanni is the story of a man driven by physical pleasures and seemingly unburdened by conscience. Conductor Andrew Crust says, “It has everything: comedy, tragedy, intrigue, excitement, high drama – more than your average Netflix series.” The production features a cast of local singers. Tickets are $20 to $30 for adults and $20 for students and seniors, but MHOTC readers can get 50% off the 7 p.m. performance on Saturday, April 16 at Broomfield Auditorium and pay only $10 to $15 by using the promo code AM50 at checkout.
