According to the Del Taco site, all locations are now open again with the exception of two — see below. Del Taco fans in Colorado can rejoice! The popular fast-food restaurant abruptly closed all but one of its Colorado locations back in late February. (The Grand Junction location remained opened because it was owned by a different franchisee.)
