Come out for one of the oldest celebrations of Colorado heritage in the state. Dating back over 100 years, Fort Lupton Trapper Days is the city’s largest festival celebrating Colorado pioneers — past, present, and future. The Festival is Saturday, September 11 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Downtown Fort Lupton (4th St. & Denver Ave.).
Enjoy a full day of fun starting with a parade down main street, just as it was done 100 years ago. Fill up on fresh, top-notch food trucks, designer gelato pops, live music from Soul Food, a pizza competition, cornhole competition (with cash prizes), beer garden, car show, bike show and vendors.
Highlighted as part of Trapper Days is the historic Fort, Museum and Cemetery Walk through Hilltop Cemetery.
