How the Chipotle Free-Pointer Giveaway works:
Score – When a player in the series hits a 3-pointer, Chipotle will drop a text-to-win code via a tweet from @ChipotleTweets on Twitter. Be sure to turn on your notifications!
Text – The first 300 fans to text the designated code to 888222 will receive a FREE entrée from Chipotle. (Fans lucky enough to snag one will have until June 30 to redeem the offer.)
Chipotle will give away up to 10,500 FREE entrées per game.
Chipotle is launching the “Free-Pointer” giveaway for a championship match-up featuring two of the top 3-point-shooting teams from the 2023 playoffs.
Fans can expect many buckets and many FREE burritos!
Over the past 10 years, the average number of 3-pointers made in men’s professional games has increased by nearly 60%.

Here’s the NBA Finals schedule:
June 1 — Nuggets Win!
June 4 — Nuggets Lose
June 7 — Nuggets Win!
June 9 — Nuggets Win!
June 12 at 6:30 p.m. MST
June 15 — if necessary
June 18 — if necessary
Hope others are luckier than my family. Repeatedly tried within seconds of the three-pointer and the code, but never fast enough to get the free burrito (within 5 seconds). Go Nuggets!!
Right, I had the same problem. For people actually caring about the game, this is really difficult. There is a variable time lag between the three-pointer and the Tweet. Then you have to copy the code in the Tweet, paste it into a text message, and hit Send. If you are within the first 300 people (or bots), you will receive the free entree code.
It seems that five seconds for this entire process is too long. I suspect that you’d need to control your phone with your computer (something I know is possible with Android and Windows 11), and then do everything on your computer because you could have both Twitter and your texting app up at the same time, and use keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl-C/Cntl-V. It’s probably not worth it, so … Let’s Go Nuggets!
