The Arapahoe Philharmonic presents its annual Children’s Discovery Concert on Friday, April 14, 2023, at Hope United Methodist Church. In Tamiko and the Hungry Violin, be on the lookout for hungry tanukis and magical violins as the Arapahoe Phil and the Japanese Arts Network take kids on a journey to Japan and back. They’ll learn about traditional Japanese instruments, the instruments of the orchestra, and how our differences make us stronger.
This show is appropriate for students ages 5-12 and includes interactive song and dance.
The one-hour concert begins at 11 a.m.
Tickets are just $7 for kids and $17 for adults and may be purchased online or by calling the Arapahoe Philharmonic at 303-781-1892. Group seating can be arranged in advance.
