Here’s a chance to see “future” stars on ice. The Rocky Mountain Figure Skating Club holds its annual Ice Show on Saturday, April 27, at the Ice Centre at the Promenade in Westminster. This year’s theme is “The Greatest Show on Ice!” with performances at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tickets start at $15 for adults, $10 for children (5-12) and seniors 65+.

We all know there’s a particular “green-strawed” coffee shop on every corner, but it may not be your “cup of tea.” There are many other national and local coffee shops around town. One of my favorites is Caribou Coffee. While there may not be as many locations, they’re worth seeking out for something new. They also offer sandwiches, pastries and snacks.
