Longmont Startup Week, a collaborative annual gathering  for entrepreneurs, intrepreneurs, investors and talent, invigorates and nurtures Longmont’s “entrepreneurial ecosystem” by leveraging the city’s  innovative human and social capital, and infrastructure during five days of FREE sessions from today, Monday, July 23 through Friday, July 27.  Click here for a full schedule of sessions and also social events that continue the day’s networking connections. After years in the planning, Downtown Denver is getting its very own Target. The 28,000-square-foot store features a mix of merchandise specifically tailored for downtown and all of its visitors and workers, including locals and ever growing number of tourists.

At less than a quarter of the size of Target’s average store, the location hopes to offer quick, convenient shopping trips for urban dwellers. Those of us who have visited Wings Over The Rockies already know that Denver has an extraordinary facility devoted to the heritage of aerospace and space travel. After all, it’s not every attraction that welcomes you with a B-52 bomber parked on the front lawn. Now Wings has a second facility, Exploration of Flight, located at Centennial Airport.
