While most offers have ended, a few offers are also available on November 12 and 13, 2023. Those deals with an extended promo date have been highlighted in yellow.  Here’s to our real-life superheroes in Colorado and around the country! There are many ways to thank veterans for their courage and sacrifice, but celebrating their heroism with freebies, discounts and deals on Veterans Day is a good start. With a little planning, bargain-hunting vets can take advantage of multiple offers for a huge day of celebration, appreciation and savings.

There are many complimentary meals, deals and discounts for military members (veterans and active-duty) on Veterans Day, November 11, 2023 in Denver and Boulder.

The following guidelines apply to all of the offers (unless noted otherwise):

Dine-in only — no delivery or pick-up orders allowed.

Select menu only — most (if not, all) complimentary entrées and/or beverages are only available from a select Veterans Day menu, not the complete restaurant menu. 

Available at participating locations. Not all locations may be participating for a variety of reasons. It might helpful to call ahead to confirm participation and availability. 

While supplies last. Some offers may be limited in quantity, so it might be advantageous to visit earlier in the day. If possible, make a reservation or appointment ahead of time. 

Only open to veterans and/or active military members. The offers do not extend to family members or friends — unless noted othewise. 

Proof of service required. Be prepared with proper military ID or other proof of service. Verification may vary by restaurant or business. 

Limit one offer per veteran or active military member. Even though a restaurant or business may have multiple locations, the offer can only redeem once per qualifying customer. 

Gratuity not included. Even though the meal or service may be complimentary, the gratuity is not included. Be prepared with some cash on hand to leave a tip for the staff. (Tax may not be included in some cases.) 

Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.

California Pizza Kitchen

Vets can grab a slice of this Veterans Day offer from California Pizza Kitchen. On November 11, veterans and active military enjoy a FREE non-alcoholic beverage and choice of an entrée from a prix fixed menu.

Many car wash locations across Colorado offer veterans a FREE car wash. Check first for participating locations.

Caribou Coffee

Veterans, active military and their spouses can stir things up on Veterans Day at Caribou Coffee. The Midwest-based coffee shop is pouring them a FREE small hot brewed Coffee of the Day or cold press on November 11, 2023. The offer excludes nitro. 

Charleys Cheesesteaks

Colorado State Parks

Active duty and veterans are admitted FREE to Colorado state parks on Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2023. The military member or veteran must show proof of military service (photo ID, DD-214). All other park fees are still charged.

Color House Denver – November 13, 2023

Get all cleaned up for Veterans Day! Color House Denver is hosting its 8th Annual Veteran’s Day Cut-A-Thon on November 13, 2023 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. No appointments accepted. Haircuts will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis.

The complimentary cut (including a shampoo and style) is open to any veteran and their family members. Refreshments and beverages will be provided.
