Rise and shine, Denver! Urban Egg Downtown Denver opens August 25, 2025 at 1550 Wewatta St. Urban Egg serves inventive takes on many breakfast, brunch and lunch favorites. This marks the restaurant’s third location in Denver and the second to feature the brand’s newly designed style. The bright, contemporary space is characterized by floor-to-ceiling windows and modern architecture.

The open-concept layout seats 119 diners indoors, including a large bar area with padded, swiveling bar stools. The 44-seat partially covered outdoor patio features comfortable chairs.
Plus, customers are invited to contribute to the “wishing wall,” where they can write wishes, hopes or mantras on provided stationery, which are then pinned onto a heart-shaped display.
Even tastier, Urban Egg sources locally whenever possible with many Colorado suppliers, including Horsetooth Hot Sauce, Polidori Sausage, Blue Hummingbird Gluten Free Foods, Hickman’s Eggs, Rocky Mountain Spice Company, Colorado Tortilla Company, Bee Squared Honey and Elevation Ketchup.
And local beverage partners include Barista Espresso, The Tea Spot and Mile High Spirits.
Urban Egg is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday and 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Free Coffee for a Year
To celebrate the grand opening, the first 20 dine-in tables each day from August 25 to 27, 2025 will receive a special Urban Egg travel mug.
The mug comes with FREE coffee for a year, valid through August 27, 2026. Those lucky enough to get the mug simply need to present their mug each time they visit to enjoy their complimentary coffee.
The exclusive offer is only available to dine-in customers.
