Calling all chicken and salad fans! Starbird officially opened its first location in Colorado last September in Denver at 965 S. Colorado Blvd. The new restaurant is one of the nation’s first super-premium fast-food concepts, pairing elevated, high-quality ingredients and chef-driven recipes with the speed and convenience of fast food.

And, of course, the star of the show at Starbird is lots of delicious chicken entrées, including salads, tenders, sandwiches, nuggets and wings.
And the salads are among the most popular items sold at the restaurant. The salads are made with hand chopped greens and house-made dressings. Plus, Charbird grilled chicken or Gardenbird plant-based protein available upon request. (We’ve personally tried a few of the salads and they’re really, really good!)
At the heart of Starbird’s menu is fresh, never-frozen, “no antibiotics ever” chicken, hand-breaded in small batches with a signature gluten-friendly spice blend for maximum crispiness.
Starbird is open Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight, with dine-in, pickup and delivery available.

Every Monday, Starbird is offering any salad on the menu for just $9.97 at the Denver locations — for a limited time. Use promo code MONDAY at the in-restaurant kiosk or online via Starbird’s site or app.
The salads are regularly $13.77, so it’s a savings of nearly $4 or 28% off.

Avo Cabo Crunch Salad — Crispy chicken, lettuce blend, grape tomato, pickled red onion, tajin jicama, cotija, pepitas, cilantro, tajin, avocado mash and avocado dressing.
Tokyo Sesame Crunch — Crispy chicken, lettuce, cucumbers, watermelon radish, tomatoes, wonton strips, togarashi, green onion, Japanese BBQ sauce and carrot ginger dressing.
Chicken Chop — Crispy chicken, tomatoes, roasted corn, avocado mash, pepitas, crispy tortillas, cotija, cilantro, green onions and chipotle lime dressing.
Green Goddess Cobb Salad — Crispy chicken, gorgonzola, pickled red onion, avocado mash, tomatoes, radish, egg and Green Goddess dressing.
Thai Chicken — Sweet Thai crispy tenders, cucumbers, carrots, Asian herb mix, crispy shallots, toasted sesame seeds, green papaya sauce drizzle and spicy herb aioli.
