Snarf’s Sandwiches opened its first location in Boulder in 1996 in what is affectionately known as “The Shack.” Since then, the family-owned business founded by Jimmy “Snarf” Seidel has grown to 38 locations in Colorado — with more coming soon. (They also have locations in Missouri and Texas!) Famous for its hearty, oven-toasted subs, Snarf’s Sandwiches frequently wins “Best Sandwich” in local ” best of” round-ups.

All locations are participating — with the exception of the DIA shop. Hours vary by location, but most are open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
There are 38 locations in Colorado — Arvada (2), Aurora, Boulder (4), Broomfield, Castle Rock, Centennial (3), Colorado Springs (2), Denver (12), Dillon, Golden, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Littleton (2), Longmont (2), Louisville, Parker, Thornton and Westminster.
