Are you looking for a cool way to celebrate National Ice Cream Day? One of Westminster’s most anticipated new destinations is getting a name — and the community is invited to help celebrate. The upcoming Shoenberg Food Hall has officially been named The Berg, a nod to the historic Shoenberg Farm property on which it stands.

To mark the occasion, The Berg is hosting a family-friendly FREE Ice Cream Social in honor of National Ice Cream Day, complete with a sundae bar from Denver’s beloved Bonnie Brae Ice Cream and a puppy playtime from Lifeline Puppy Rescue.
The sweet celebration takes place on The Berg’s Lawn (5202 W. 73rd Ave.) in Westminster on July 20, 2025 from noon to 3 p.m.
