Museum Store Sunday is a national program to encourage folks to shop museum shops. While many of our museums are closed, on Sunday, November 29, you will find deals at Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum. Its museum store is offering 10% off products storewide. You can also find unique and quality aviation and space-themed items for all ages including décor, clothes, jewelry, games, books and much more.
Shopping at museum stores is a lot of fun and you usually save money. Think about it, museum shops don’t have to pay rent or utilities and often have volunteers staffing the store. So the markup on products is less than at typical retailers.
Like most museum stores, entry is FREE. You only pay admission if you want to access the exhibition space itself. The store is open from noon to 4 p.m. 7711 E. Academy Blvd., Denver.
