Fort Collins’ first brewery, Odell Brewing Company, is one of its most notable, where craft tinkerers and experimenters relentlessly search for new ways to change up their beer. Founded in 1993, Left Hand Brewing got its name from Chief Niwot (meaning left-handed), an Arapaho chief who wintered his tribe in the Boulder Valley area of Colorado.
