Get ready to celebrate and honor the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop! Local celebrations will be held all around the city to uplift and honor every aspect of Hip Hop culture. From concerts and tours to battles, competitions and exhibitions, all of your favorite DJs, MCs, Breakdancers, Beatboxers, Graffiti artists and more will show up and show out to make this golden anniversary of Hip Hop culture the most extraordinary year yet.

As part of the celebration, there is a FREE 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop Party on August 13, 2023.
Join the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop Party at Collabratory Complex (1974 S. Acoma St.) in Denver. The all-day celebration will feature a hip hop knowledge panel, rap and hip hop dance performances, DJs, open cypher, live art, food, drinks and a streetwear market.
The party runs from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
