Today! Things To Do on Friday the 13th in Denver — Updated

POSTED BY
Laura

Friday the 13th doesn’t come around often. While it occurs at least once every year, some years have multiple Friday the 13th dates. In 2024, there is just the one in September. Read on to learn what Mile High Cheapskates may want to do on Friday the 13th. Some are creepy, others are just fun. Then, keep reading for a list of everything on our event calendar for the “creepy” day.

Hang with a Black Cat

No guarantees that a supposed “bad luck” black cat will be hanging around.

However, for those in the market for some feline company, check out either Denver Cat Company (3929 Tennyson St.) in Denver from 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., Teddy Cat Cafe (39 E. Florida Ave.) in Denver from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., or Purrfect Pause Cat Cafe (5290 Arapahoe Ave.) in Boulder from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

All of the cafés prefer you reserve in advance. However, they will accept walk-ins — space permitting.
