Free Lasagne To-Go at Carrabba’s Italian Grill

POSTED BY
Bryan

Carrabba’s Italian Grill is adding layers of savings for its diners. Pasta dishes can fill you up, but you always have room for a little more. And there’s no better choice for a late-night snack (or lunch the next day) than lasagne. The chain’s lasagne is pasta layered with its pomodoro sauce, meat sauce, ricotta, romano and mozzarella cheese.

From Monday, February 17 to Friday, February 28, order Chicken Bryan, Chicken Marsala, Pollo Rosa Maria or Chicken Trio and get a FREE order of lasagne to-go at participating locations — dine-in only.

You must mention the offer to your server. The deal is not valid with any other offer or discount, including its daily specials.

There are 7 locations in Colorado — Aurora, Colorado Springs (2), Ft. Collins, Lakewood, Louisville and Westminster.

FYI, the Carrabbas in Louisville CO refused to honor the deal. They said the franchises “in this region” were no longer part of [don’t remember] Corp so aren’t honoring it. I have no idea which other Carrabbas will or won’t honor it but consider this a headsup to call first.

Dan – That’s why we’ve always encouraged readers to either call ahead or confirm a deal prior to being seated (or as you order.) A simple question saves lots of confusion and frustration. Never wait to ask for deal after ordering or paying. Then, oftentimes, it’s too late. You’re stuck with a bill you weren’t expecting. We get so much “angry” feedback from readers, when they could’ve just clarified beforehand rather than being frustrated afterward.

On the flip side, the biggest issue can be a misinformed employee who tells you “no”, when, in actuality, there is an available promo or they are a participating location. From our experience, it’s usually the main reason for a problem. We also suggest asking a manager, if you feel an employee is being flippant or dismissive. Just be kind and polite and you’ll usually find a helpful team member.

Next time, you’ll know — never assume, always, always clarify first. Thank you for your helpful feedback. It’s an important reminder for all.
