The Federal Theatre in Denver Celebrates Grand Opening with Two Free Concerts

POSTED BY
Bryan

Get ready to rock out, Denver! The Mile High City has a new venue opening for shows and performances of all kinds — The Federal Theatre at 3830 Federal Blvd. Locally owned and fully independent, the new venue will bring Denver the best in live entertainment — including national tours, local music, comedy, podcasts and more. (The owners also operate the historic and much-loved Oriental Theater.)

The historic 102-year-old Federal Theatre is celebrating its grand opening with a FREE all-ages concert on September 19 and 20, 2025.

The Federal Theatre first opened back in 1923 as a movie house, but has not been operating consistently since the 1970s. That makes its opening again music to the ears of many fans in Denver!

Admission is FREE, but tickets are required. All ages welcome.

Note: Because of demand, the shows are likely to reach capacity at times, which means people will be let in on a one-in- one-out basis.

Friday, September 19, 2025 at 8 p.m.

Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 7 p.m.
