Denver’s Back To School Fest is bigger and better than ever as it kicks off the school year in style! The FREE event is Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the National Western Center. This is a great chance to gear up for the school year with free backpacks and school supplies, free breakfast, free haircuts and more.

FREE health & vaccination clinics thanks to Denver Health and the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment
FREE haircuts to start the year fresh
Petting zoo for the whole family

The event is staged by the City & County of Denver as part of Denver Days in partnership with the Silva Family Foundation, National Western Center, Bird Seed Collective, and the Denver Fire Department.
