Do you remember a time when the best of summer included the excitement, food and fun of your hometown County Fair and Rodeo? This year, recreate the good times at the Douglas County Fair & Rodeo from July 24 to August 2, 2026, at the Douglas County Fairgrounds in Castle Rock. (On Monday & Tuesday, July 27 & 28 the Fair is closed.)

More than 75 entries, including floats, bands, royalty and marchers fill the Fair Parade on Saturday, July 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in Downtown Castle Rock. The Fair Parade, which originated in 1954 and has long since become a staple of the summer’s liveliest weekend.
Over 10 days, fairgoers can enjoy carnival rides, live music, car show, petting zoo, classic fair food, live entertainment and more.
Country music legend Trace Adkins will be taking the stage on Friday night! While reserved seating is gone, general admission seating and standing will be available to fairgoers.
Don’t miss Family Day on Sunday, August 2, when admission and a pancake breakfast are both FREE.
The Douglas County Fair and Rodeo is a more than 100-year-old family tradition with plenty to entertain the whole family including two entertainment stages, live music, several PRCA Rodeos, a carnival, 4-H and FFA exhibits, the Junior Livestock Sale and much more.

Friday, July 24 — 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday, July 25 — 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday, July 26 — 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Wednesday, July 29 — 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Thursday, July 30 — 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Friday, July 31 — 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday, August 1 — 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday, August 2 — 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tickets for admission and other events may be purchased online in advance. General grounds admission is $5 (+ service fee) daily.
Grounds Admission includes access to: Kid’s Corral, Marketplace, food vendors, Midway stage entertainment, petting zoo, plus a variety of special events.
(Grounds Admission DOES NOT provide access to Pro Rodeos, Opening Night Concert or Farm-to-Table ticketed events.)
Rodeo tickets (include grounds admission) are $40 (+ fees) per person.
Carnival Unlimited Rides wristband and Grounds Admission ticket is $38.46 (including fees). Individual ride tickets (available on site) are available for carnival rides.
