Del Taco fans in Colorado can rejoice! The popular fast-food restaurant abruptly closed all but one of its Colorado locations back in late February. (The Grand Junction location remained opened because it was owned by a different franchisee.) The closure was a huge shock to those hungry bargain hunters who enjoyed the restaurant’s popular two Taco Nights every week, as well as its affordable value menu.

However, the disappointment is over because Del Taco is beginning to reopen some of the closed locations in Colorado.
