Christmas Yard Sale: Buy Holiday Decorations On The Cheap or Donate Your Unwanted Decor

POSTED BY
Laura

Does that Bugs Bunny ornament no longer make you chuckle? Perhaps you went all purple last year and now are in a more traditional red and gold mood? Maybe, you just want to freshen up your holiday decor? The Arvada Historical Society holds its annual Christmas Yard Sale fundraiser so you can donate any holiday decorations you no longer want and/or return another day to buy new-to-you ones at a deep discount.

Here’s how it works:

Bring new or gently-used holiday decorations to the Arvada Jaycee’s building (5640 Yukon in Arvada) on November 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. or November 13, 14 or 15 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Pull into the driveway and call 303-815-4154. Someone will pop out to your car and unload it.

Please DO NOT bring Christmas trees, garlands, lights or outdoor ornaments.

Shop the Yard Sale (same location) on Thursday, November 16 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, November 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, November 18 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Everyone is welcome to shop, even if you don’t donate.
