Yet another announcement about stores closing in the Denver Metro area. This time, Walgreens is making the cuts. It’s part of the chain’s nationwide plan to reduce the number of stores it operates by 1,200 within the next few years. And they already closed six locations in the Denver area back in February of this year.

Here are the two locations closing and their last day of business:
950 S. Quebec St. on September 8, 2025
6200 E. Colfax Ave. on September 10, 2025
