TheBigWonderful Returns to Stanley Marketplace

POSTED BY
Laura

Locally-sourced products cheerleader TheBigWonderful pops up every few months around town. This summer it makes a return to Stanley Marketplace with a BEERFEST and BAZAAR on Saturday & Sunday, May 19 & 20. Here’s the breakdown:

Wake Up & Live will be jammin’ Bob Marley tunes all day Saturday and Sunday welcomes bluegrass from Heartstrung Hunters and a special Pickin’ on Talking Heads set from That Damn Sasquatch.

More than 60 makers showcase their wares at the BAZAAR — everything from handmade jewelry and fashion-forward clothing to local treats and home decor. An additional 15+ breweries and cideries will be onsite for BEERFEST.

Food trucks onsite include Dos Gringos, Ol’ Skool Que, Sizzle Food Truck, The Ethiopian Food Truck and Tocabe, An American Indian Eatery.

The BigWonderful Stanley Marketplace is open from noon to 6 p.m. both days. General admission is FREE if you RSVP here. Otherwise, tickets good for both days are $5 in advance (you can buy them here) and $7 at the door after 1 p.m. and include a FREE beer for attendees over age 21.

BEERFEST tickets that include unlimited sampling from the breweries and distilleries are $25 in advance (you can buy them here) and $35 at the door. Dogs on a leash are welcome and kids under 12 get in for FREE.
