Since its launch in 2019, Target Circle has helped more than 100 million customer save millions of dollars every year. Based on member feedback, the new and improved Target Circle is designed to deliver an even easier and more personalized shopping — with savings from start to finish.

The new and improved Target Circle launches on April 7, 2024. Target will continue adding benefits and exclusive perks in the coming months, including exclusive partnerships, product offers and more.
There are now three options for membership.
Target Circle
The always free-to-join membership option offers every member access to automatic deals applied at checkout.
No longer any need to search for or add individual store offers. Target Circle-specific discounts and promotions, known as Target Circle Deals, will apply automatically to your purchase at checkout.
However, you must still activate bonus offers, personalized deals and digital manufacturer’s coupons to your account. This give you the control over how and when the deals are applied to your purchases.
Target Circle membership is FREE.
Target Circle Card
To save even more, Target Circle Card (previously known as Target RedCard) will offer an extra 5% off instantly every day — on top of Target Circle deals. (Target Circle Card is Target’s store credit card.)
Target Circle Card holders will also have access to no-rush returns (an extra 30 days) and FREE 2-day shipping on hundreds of thousands of items on Target.com.
Target Circle Card holders can join Target Circle 360 for $49 at any time — regularly $99.
Target Circle Card membership requires signing up for a Target Circle Card.
Target Circle 360
Customers also can sign up for Target Circle 360, a new paid membership that amplifies ease and convenience.
Features include unlimited FREE same-day delivery in as little as an hour with no delivery fees or markups, FREE 2-day shipping and access to preferred shoppers who can personalize the member’s experience.
In addition, members have access to Shipt Marketplace with same-day delivery from more than 100 retailers nationwide.
Target Circle 360’s annual membership fee is $99.
Target Circle 360 Deal for First Year
As a special launch offer, from April 7 to May 18, 2024, all customers can sign up for Target Circle 360 for only $49 for the first year.
