Last Day! Find Savings on Levi’s and More with Target’s First Denim Take Back Event

POSTED BY
Bryan

Everyone has denim in their closet that’s no longer wanted or simply torn and tattered. And just in time for back-to-school shopping, Target just introduced its first chain-wide Denim Take Back Event. From August 4 to 10, 2024, customers can recycle their used or outgrown denim of any brand in-store for a discount on denim purchases at Target.

You must have a Target Circle account to participate.

Here’s how the Denim Take Back Event works:

From August 4 to 10, 2024, bring up to five denim items, in any condition, to any Target and drop them in the marked in-store boxes. All types of denim in any condition, including pants, shirts, jean jackets, hats and more, will be accepted. All locations are participating —with the exception of select small format stores.

Signs will be placed near the drop-off boxes for you to scan from your mobile device into your Target Circle account.

Upon scanning, receive a Target Circle code for 20% off all denim apparel, including Target-owned brands like Universal Thread, Wild Fable, Goodfellow & Co, Cat & Jack, as well as national brands like Levi’s.

Redeem the Target Circle offer from August 4 from 10, 2024. The bonus will stay in your account until you use it once or it expires.

There is a limit of five items per household. However, regardless of the number of items donated, you will only receive one discount code — good for one-time use on any denim purchase.

The donated denim will be recycled by Target’s partners to create new products, like housing insulation.
