Get ready chicken fans for your new go-to spot! Starbird isn’t opening its first location in Colorado until later this year, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have big plans for the grand opening. (The new eatery is scheduled to open “Fall 2025”, so no specific dates have been confirmed.) The restaurant will be located at 965 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver.

Starbird is known for its Crispy Chicken, which is always fresh and never treated with antibiotics. Plus, all of its chicken is individually hand-breaded in a secret blend of gluten-free flour and spices.
Diners can enjoy the chicken in a variety of sandwiches, salads, tenders and more on the menu.
