Despite the frigid April temperatures, come May gardeners will be planting plenty of blooms. You can pre-order annual and perennial flowers at discount prices from St Luke’s UMC in Highlands Ranch which is holding its annual Plant Sale. Deadline to order is Sunday, April 25. Pick up occurs Sunday, May 8 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you don’t make the deadline, a limited number of plants will also be available for purchase on site on May 8.
All plants are 2 1/4″ square pots, except for those that come in one gallon containers. Prices range from $3 to $9 per pot.
A food truck will also be on hand during the sale from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
