Any way you slice it, this is exciting news for pizza lovers! Slice House, the fast-casual pizza franchise from 13-time World Champion Pizza Champion, Tony Gemignani, is officially opening in Boulder on January 31, 2026. Managed by local family The Cutters (perfect name for running a pizza joint called “Slice House”, right?), the new shop is celebrating its grand opening this weekend.
