We always shop with a purpose: To save money. However, it’s also good to Shop for a Cause. From Thursday through Sunday, August 10 to 13, Macy’s again hosts its annual shopping charity event. To join the cause, just purchase a shopping pass for only $5 and save an extra 25% on select regular-priced and sale clothing, accessories and jewelry, an extra 20% on select regular-priced and sale home items and an extra 10% (in stores only) on select regular-priced and sale electrics/electronics. Many local charities are selling passes in advance. If you buy one from them, then 100% of your $5 pass benefits that charity. If you buy your pass in-store, proceeds go to the March of Dimes.
