Safeway: Save $5 With Purchase of 3 American Greetings Cards

POSTED BY
Bryan

Signed, sealed and delivered! Now’s a good time to buy greeting cards for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day and more, with this offer from Safeway. It’s also a good opportunity to stock up on other cards you can use throughout the year — thank you, birthday, get well, congratulations, etc. Safeway carries American Greetings, Recycled Paper Greetings and the super-fancy Papyrus cards.

(We’re assuming all of the cards qualify for the bonus, as they’re all owned by the same parent company. However, you may want to clarify first.)

When you purchase three (3) American Greetings cards in a single transaction, save $5 on your bill. (Each card must be at least $2.99 to qualify for the deal.) If you purchase the minimum (3 cards at $2.99 each), your final cost for three cards would be $3.97…plus tax. That’s more than 50% off.

No download or coupon required. The offer is automatically applied at checkout. (Be sure to review your receipt. If you don’t see the savings, head to the customer service desk for a resolution. We’ve seen several promo signs in the greeting card aisle, so you’ll have proof of the offer right there.)

There is a limit of one reward per transaction. Therefore, if you’re stocking up on greeting cards, break your transactions into increments of three cards each for maximum rewards.

The deal requires your shopper’s loyalty card and ends December 24.
