All aboard! The Rocky Mountain Train Show – Holiday Edition steams into Loveland on Saturday & Sunday, November 29 & 30, 2025, at the The Ranch Events Complex. With amazing operating layouts, LEGOs, kids activities, retail booths and more, this is a great show for the young and the young at heart, whether you are just getting started in the hobby or a long time scale modeler.
There will be 200 tables of vendors including Choo Choo are US, Rock House Station, Model Train Solutions and Usborne Books. They will be selling trains in scales ranging from N to G, as well as books, paints, scenery material and everything you might need to set up your own model train.
Kids can participate in plenty of free and low-cost activities: story time, trains that kids can run, face painting and more than 12 operating layouts. Children over age 5 can earn the Junior Engineering Certificate.
Be sure to bring a camera and take a picture with Santa.
The show is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Admission is $10. Kids age 12 and younger receive FREE admission. There are discounts if you buy multiple tickets. Purchase tickets here. Tickets are also sold at the door.
