Proof Wine & Spirits is celebrating the doubling in size of their bottle shop with a Proof Expansion Party on Thursday, May 18, 2023, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., at their newly expanded location on 34th and Larimer in RiNo. The party includes FREE tastings of select wines by Proof sommeliers, cheese and charcuterie samples from So Damn Gouda, and a build-your-own wine-bottle terrarium activity from ReRoot ($25 per terrarium).

Attendees will receive 15% off all bottles of bubbles, and people who sign up for the Proof Wine Club during the party will receive 50% off the first month.
Proof is a specialty retail shop, focusing on wineries and distilleries making responsibly-made products.
Proof Wine & Spirits opened on the corner of Larimer and 34th St. in early 2015 with 874 square feet of space. Their recent expansion—which they managed without having to close the shop to the public—added an additional 827 square feet.
