The Park People makes it easy and affordable to buy a high-quality tree or shrub at wholesale prices (about 60% off) at The Park People’s Fall Tree & Shrub Sale on Friday & Saturday, September 5 & 6, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at The Park People’s offices. Anyone is welcome, even if you live outside Denver.

Hundreds of unique and hard-to-find columnar, evergreen, fruit and ornamental trees and shrubs that normally cost $250 can be purchased for $50 to $175 (depending on the species). All species offered are well adapted to Denver’s climate. You can find a catalog here.
The sale also includes Concierge Tree Experts will be onsite to help you select the right tree for your yard.
Anyone can purchase a tree, you do not need to be a Denver resident! All species have limited availability and are first come, first serve.
