Let’s get this art festival season started! The Park Hill Arts Festival is a juried fine art and fine craft show that will showcase 80 fine artists from Colorado and beyond on Friday to Sunday, May 17 to 19 on the grounds of the Park Hill Masonic Lodge.
Here’s a short video showcasing some of the participating artists.
The artists show fine oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, charcoal, and mixed media paintings, elegant bronze, stone, metal, mixed media, and luminous glass sculptures – functional stoneware, raku ceramics, inlaid wood turned bowls, one-of-a-kind jewelry, fabulous silk fabrics and photography.
All artists will be present to greet you, hear your comments, and answer your questions. This event includes live entertainment.
New this year: a Friday night Community Carnival. It will feature acts like a comedic juggler, chainsaw carving artist, stilt walking, a giant sidewalk spirograph as well as a community open mic. Plus many free giveaways from local businesses.
Hours are Friday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. 4819 E. Montview Blvd., Denver.
