The 2024 Parade of Homes features dozens of newly-designed and custom homes all over the greater metro area open to the public for FREE touring on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. from August 8 through 25, 2024. Homes range from luxury show homes to affordably-priced houses, from innovative to elegant, located in neighborhoods across the Front Range — and they’re all new and all for sale.
The 2024 event showcases new homes from Longmont to Castle Rock and Arvada to Aurora. There are 67 custom homes to tour. Of the 67, four are luxury “Dream Homes.”
You can tour when and where you want, choosing either on-demand virtual tours when it suits your schedule or taking in-person tours Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m.
No reservations are required for the in-person tours.

Designers have decorated these models to give visitors an idea of their possibilities. Some people visit with an eye to buy, while others just love to look and get decorating ideas for their own homes.
Online and in-person, you will discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in interior design trends and home technology, exterior finishes, and outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire during this free event that is open to the public.
