Relax. Refresh. Take some deep breaths. OmFest, an annual yoga and fitness festival, returns on Saturday, September 21 to Founder’s Green in Stapleton. This year, admission and classes are FREE. This year’s lineup includes classes from Kindness Yoga, Bladium Sports & Fitness, Pure Barre Stapleton, YogaPod Lowry, Barre Central CO, Ubergrippen Climbing Crag, Samadhi Yoga, Ink’d Nutrition, Bliss Bowls, Sumits Yoga, Enshin Karate and more.
OmFest was founded by three Denver moms to bring affordable fitness and a fun experience to the community. OmFest’s misson is to fund meditation and mindfulness in schools.
In addition to fitness classes, visitors can shop local vendors, sip local wines and brews, and visit the FREE kids activity tent. The festival is from 9 a.m to 8:30 p.m. The day will be capped with DJ K-Nee and live music from Waves and Particles and Jay on the Drums.
