There’s something special about enjoying your very own meal in that iconic red box…plus, there’s always the toy surprise to enjoy or collect. The packaged meal is also an easy choice for parents — a complete meal and toy for one special price.

Luckily, for parents, McDonald’s is lowering the price of a Happy Meal this back-to-school season for a limited time.
From August 18 to September 14, 2025, McDonald’s is offering a Happy Meal for just $3.99 at participating locations in the Denver metro area. Most locations (if not, all) are participating in the offer. However, please double-check your neighborhood location is participating in the sale before ordering.
The Happy Meal deal is available in-restaurant and online via the McDonald’s app, but not for delivery.
Each Happy Meal includes the following items:
Hamburger, Cheeseburger or McNuggets (4-ct.),
Kid-Sized Fries
Apple Slices
Drink
Collectible Toy
The McDonaldland Meal & McDonaldland Shake
Adult kids can enjoy the limited-time (and very popular) The McDonaldland Meal with the McDonaldland Shake at McDonald’s. The nostalgic meal comes in 1 of 6 souvenir kits. Oh, so many fun McMemories!
The McDonaldland Meal is not discounted — just the Happy Meal.
