4 Chicken McNuggets for $3.19 — making each nugget 80¢
6 Chicken McNuggets for $3.99 — making each nugget 67¢
10 Chicken McNuggets for $5.99 — making each nugget 60¢
20 Chicken McNuggets for $7.59 — making each nugget 38¢
40 Chicken McNuggets for $11.09 — making each nugget 28¢

If you do the math per nugget, the price drops from 80¢ to just 28¢ per nugget — from most to least expensive. The bigger the box, the less you pay per nugget!
However, again, price varies by location, so check your neighborhood McDonald’s for specific pricing.
If you’re buying a 6-ct. box, why not spend another $7 for 34 more McNuggets? In comparison, you would need to buy 7 orders of the 6-ct. box for 42 nuggets total — at a cost of nearly $28 total versus just $11 for a 40-ct. box from the start.
Buy the bigger box and the family can all dip from the same box. Or, if you’re dining alone or as a couple, take the rest of the McNuggets home for another meal or snack.
The extra McNuggets are just as good and crispy as when you bought them by reheating them in the air fryer — 350 degrees for 6 minutes. (You can also microwave them, but they don’t turn out quite as crispy.)
