Idaho Springs is booming, and the businesses of Idaho Springs know the challenges and excitement we have faced this summer! To thank the community, the town is throwing a party featuring the extremely popular Rapidgrass on Sunday, August 1 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Idaho Springs Ballfields.
Entry is FREE, though organizers are are asking for school supply donations or a non-perishable food item. Tickets will be available to purchase food and drinks. All proceeds will go to Carlson Elementary to finish the playground project as well as to the Historical Society of Idaho Springs.
Beau Jo’s pizza and their exciting new food truck will be hanging out. Tommy Knockers will be serving their delicious beer and some other tasty drinking choices.
