On August 16, 2025, Next Level Veggie Grill will celebrate its grand opening with a block party celebration filled with lots of fun and giveaways. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1605 E. Evans Ave. in Denver. (For those wondering, wasn’t there already a Next Level Burger at that location? Yes, it’s being rebranded as a Next Level Veggie Grill.)

The restaurant’s 100% vegan menu features 50-plus new dishes! Diners can enjoy protein plates, organic grain bowls, fresh veggie sides, burritos, tacos, shareables, burgers, shakes, smoothies and more.

Grand Opening Giveaways

The first 100 in line will receive an NLVG Golden Ticket, which includes four offers: FREE shareable, FREE dessert or small shake, buy-one-get-one FREE protein plate (dine-in only after 3 p.m.) and buy-one-get-one FREE wrap or burrito.
