Welcome in the season with by visiting Colorado’s Home also known as the The Governor’s Residence. Coloradans are welcome to take a FREE public tour of the mansion during its Spring Open House, Friday & Saturday, March 13 & 14, 2026. This is a rare opportunity as the home, located at 8th and Logan in Downtown Denver, is only open to the public a few times each year. You can visit from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days.

The Governor’s Residence will be open for FREE tours. In partnership with History Colorado, the guided tours highlight the architecture, legacy, and unique role of the Residence in our state’s history.
With expert docents and thoughtful storytelling, each tour offers a fun and educational experience for visitors of all ages.
Whether you’re a longtime resident or new to Colorado, this is a rare opportunity to explore the mansion with us and discover the rich history behind its doors.
Entry is through the main gate on 8th Avenue.
