Had too many beers or mixed drinks this Labor Day weekend? Don’t even think about driving. The Wilhite Law Firm is offering FREE cab rides from Friday, September 1 to Monday, September 4. Even if you have just a drink or two, you should consider letting someone sober drive. It’s just not worth it for everyone involved.
Here’s how it works:
Call a cab or ridesharing service, take the ride from a single location to your home, pay the driver and get a receipt for reimbursement (up to $35.)
To qualify, you must be 21 or older and your receipt must be for one-way to your home within Colorado.
Uber and Lyft one-way rides are also covered by the free cab ride program.
After you schedule and pay the Ride-sharing or Taxi service for your ride home, get a receipt for the trip and a copy of your valid ID (scan it or simply take a clear photo of it on your phone).
Then use the online form to submit all the required information. You have two weeks to submit your receipt following the last day of the program.
