First Bite: Boulder County Restaurant Week is back in 2022 with more than 30 participating restaurants. The 17th annual event returns October 20 to 29, 2023. New this year: Restaurant specials will be organized by price guide of $ (<$29), $$ ($30-$49), $$$ ($50<). This gives diners a wider range of restaurants to choose from and gives chefs flexibility in what they can offer. Gratuities and taxes are additional.
First Bite will expand into breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Each restaurant sets its own menu, generally with a choice of two items for each course. Also, guests make reservations directly with restaurants.
