It’s worth getting up early on the mornings of Saturday & Sunday, September 2 & 3, for the colorful hot air balloon launch that highlights the annual Windsor Harvest Festival & Balloon Rally. The balloons take off at at 7 a.m. each morning (weather permitting) from Eastman Park. The Rally is part of the Windsor Harvest Festival which runs over Labor Day weekend through Monday, September 4, 2023.

Drop by each morning from 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and watch the balloon inflate and take flight, weather permitting.
The three-day Harvest Festival takes over the community with a parade, car show, vintage baseball game, pie-eating contest, carriage rides, $5 All Town BBQ, live music and fireworks over Windsor Lake on Saturday night.
