Royalty comes to the Outlets at Castle Rock. Yes, it’s time for the annual Princess Meet & Greet. Five special princesses are expected to be on hand Saturday, August 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Snow Queen, the Snow Princess, the Polynesian Princess, Sleeping Beauty and the Little Mermaid will each be waiting in front of their individual castles for fans to meet them.
For everyone’s health and safety, this year’s event has been modified to allow for maximum physical distancing, while still providing the opportunity for you and your children to meet one of more princesses.
Fans can pre-register for a five-minute meet & greet time slot. Meet & greet sessions with multiple princesses are allowed, but must be scheduled at separate times.
Registration is $10 per five-minute time slot. However, you will receive the $10 back in the form of an Outlets at Castle Rock gift card upon event check-in. So, the event is essentially free. Families are encouraged to bring their smartphones or cameras to take pictures.
This year’s event will take place outdoors and each princess and will maintain a physical six-foot distance between the child(ren) during the meet and greet session. Families are asked to arrive no more than 15 minutes before their scheduled time slots to minimize the number of waiting attendees in the surrounding area. Hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes and other sanitary measures will be available throughout the event.

Can’t attend the event? A limited number of virtual greeting videos from the Snow Sisters will be available for those who can’t make it in person. Registration is $10, and you’ll receive the $10 back in the form of an Outlets at Castle Rock gift card, sent via an emailed voucher along with the video. You can register here.
